Addressing this, our company has developed a proprietary power cable fault simulator that can replicate all types of cable faults. This device integrates the core experience accumulated over decades in China's power cable fault detection industry.

1. Low Resistance Fault Simulator: 0Ω~Several Hundreds of Ω

2. Open Circuit Fault Simulator: Several Ω~∞

3. Leakage High Resistance Fault Simulator: Several Ω~Hundreds of MΩ

4. Flashover High Resistance Fault Simulator: Flashover Voltage Range Several kV~Hundreds of kV

5. Continuous Operating Time: 8 hours

Simulation Box Structure This power cable fault simulator box consists of four different types of fault simulators (low resistance, open circuit, high leakage resistance, and high flashover resistance). They are arranged parallel to each other within the simulation box, and are insulated from each other and from ground by support insulators mounted on elbow-shaped plug-in components inside the box.

Composition of the Simulated Fault Circuit: The simulated fault circuit consists of two cable reels connected in series to the cable fault simulator box.
