XHZ1010
The XHZ1010 DC Resistance Tester is a mandatory testing instrument for transformer manufacturing processes, including factory acceptance tests of semi-finished and finished products, installation verification, overhaul inspections, post-tap-changer adjustment tests, handover tests, and preventive maintenance conducted by power utility departments. It enables comprehensive inspections: verifying the welding quality of winding joints, detecting inter-turn short circuits in windings, confirming reliable contact of voltage tap changers at all positions, checking alignment between the actual and indicated positions of tap changers, identifying broken lead wires, and diagnosing strand breaks in multi-strand parallel windings.
To address the industry need for rapid DC resistance measurement of transformers, our company has developed the XX10A DC Resistance Tester. This instrument adopts cutting-edge power supply technology, delivering key advantages: compact dimensions, lightweight design, high output current, superior measurement repeatability, robust anti-interference capability, and complete protection functions. Controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, it achieves high automation—featuring automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions for enhanced safety.

Troubleshooting
1. Disconnect the wires only after the discharge is complete and the alarm sound has stopped; otherwise, it may be dangerous.
2. When measuring a no-load tap-changing transformer, always reset and discharge the circuit before switching taps. Only after the alarm sound has stopped can you switch taps.
